Shipping policy

Every My Medal Moment stand is printed to order in Brisbane after your payment is received.

 

Dispatch: orders are dispatched within 5 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

 

Delivery within Australia: orders are sent with Australia Post. Typical delivery is 2 to 8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

 

Outside Australia: if a shipping rate is shown at checkout for your address, we can ship to you. Delivery times vary by destination, and any customs or import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Packaging: each stand is shipped fully assembled and ready to use, packed to protect it in transit. Take it out of the box, hang your medal on the hook and it is done.

 

Damaged in transit: if your stand arrives damaged, email contact@mymedalmoment.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will print and send a replacement at no cost.
