Refund policy

Every My Medal Moment stand is printed to order, so we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please check the city and your delivery address before you order.

 

Faulty, damaged or not as described: under Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your stand arrives damaged, has a manufacturing fault, or is not what you ordered. Email contact@mymedalmoment.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will print and send a replacement at no cost, or refund you in full if you prefer. If we need the item back, we cover the return postage.

 

Cancellations: if your order has not yet been printed, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once printing has started the order cannot be cancelled.

 

Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
